I know plenty of corporate guys pulling down W2's larger then 12 year Fedex widebody guys (based upon $225 an hour at 74 hours per month with thier A and B funds included).
ok, so I can do the math...199,800. I've got first officers making that. You've got to include all the duty rigs that bring up the monthly credit hours.
 
What companies? I knew some who made over 100k, but none over 200k. And the F/O's made much less.

At Netjets, we have quite a few guys in the Citation X and Ultra and Excel that W2'd well over 200 grand last year. Worked there buts off and I would never do it, but some did.
 
I know of a DAL guy who's 2005 W2 was $419k. He was a B767 pick up whore. All the early outs and furloughs created the misery he needed to pick up anything he needed to get PAID over 100 hours a month for 12 months straight.
