If you are a 15 year FedEx Feeder Caravan Captain and you bid into the right seat of an ATR-42, you'll be be at about 55K a year as an FO on a turboprop. Not bad for SIC pay.

Well in terms of training and quality of experience, I'd say Gulfstream International Airlines is the most rewarding 121 carrier out there.

Delta was the highest paid for a while.... Moot point now. SWA-Fedex-UPS are probably the highest now, not necesarily in that order. Not sure about "Their" but I'm pretty sure I spelled "necesarily" wrong.

A 12 year captain gets $182/hr * 78 guaranteed at SWA.

$190/hr * 81 at UPS.

$216/hr * 65 at Delta.

$206/hr * 74 at fedex.

Shoot if I only fly 4.0 hours a month I'm paid $1500.00 an hour, try to beat that.
