Anyway, main advice is be yourself. Everyone will be nervous but they realize that. Make sure you make good eye contact and a nice squeeze when you shake hands, you know basic interview stuff. One thing to realize, no matter what they say, consider the entire time your there an interview, not just the 15 minutes or so in front of the board. Ask lots of intelligent questions about the base, plane, etc. Find any ways you can to stand out from the guys you are interviewing with. For example on my interview we got a tour of the airplane, and he kept asking us "any more questions guys?", but I was the only one asking em. I think that made a difference. You know just ask little stuff, like "How does your auto-pilot work" or "What's the ceiling". Show em you know somewhat what your talking about. Also you may meet the base/squadron commander. I met the squadron commander and had another mini interview. Don't discount this quick meeting, as I found out a few weeks ago I was originally going to be an alternate but the Lt. Col. I met really liked me and insisted I get a spot.
