You are automatically on the reserve schedule while you are training. My 7 and 7 will not start until I am released to IOE. So far, I am digging this job.

T-1 how long is estimate to start of IOE and the finish of IOE?

I am looking at a couple of days worth of training towards the end of the month if the schedule holds. Upon completion, I will be released to IOE. This is the point when my 7 and 7 will kick in. I hear that there tends to be a delay due to records. Then it depends on the schedule of an IOE Captain matching up his schedule with mine. During my initial course in September, I was told that there were about 20 other pilots in front of my class of about nine. I will keep you posted as to my progress....

If you get a 7-day tour together, you could possibly finish IOE in one tour. A lot of folks need 2 tours and in a few instances, more, to finish IOE.
