Hmmm... I interviewed the same time and haven't heard a peep. They said no news was good news at the interview however.

Did your buddy work for AE and/or Pinnacle?

Yes....he did.

<side note: His sim partner got the same a/c and dates.>

Thanks Guitar Guy, On Your Six, T-1Guy and the rest.

I wonder if the Tue start date is very senior (as I laugh to myself)? Or, T-1Guy did you get the Sun start on your 7x7?

Thanks for the info.

I just finished up G200 initial on Dec 22. I have been sitting at home ever since waiting on training up in Ohio. I thought the cockpit was very well thought out. I thought the systems were very easy to learn and understand. If you have time with a collins FMS, your transition will be easy. If you want to see a sampling of G200 trips, you can do a search on flightaware.com for NJA call signs with 700 series of numbers. If you have a preference for the 7 and 7 schedule, I was able to bid it and hold it for my very first quarter. The future looks bright, and most guys seem very happy....

And that is the reason that G200 slots maybe slowing down for newhires, the number of capt bids has already ground to a halt. After a little chat today with some people in CMH who said we are heavy on PICs/SICs, I can see the whole training thing slow down for that jet. That being said, things can and do change in a blink of a eye around here.

A year? (One full year?)

<Would that not mean you need to go back to sim before the 6 months?>

Gunfyter, is this the trend also for the G200?
