Also, could you please let us know how many hours your avergae awarded schedule is. I'm trying to calculate an approximate hourly rate equivalent given your salary structure.

75 hours is what our salary is made up of. We will go to hourly shortly. Take hour current salary and divide it by 900. This gives you our hourly.

1st year Fo 52/hr

12th yr captain 156hour
