If you worked for Avantair as a pilot, dispatcher, maintenance tech or in any other capacity at the company up until the bitter end last June, I'd like to talk to you about your current situation. Are you currently employed? If so, how long did it take you to find another job and is it better/worse than what you had at Avantair? Are you still unemployed? Etc.
