AA folks,

Whats the deal in LGA and STL again? We now have to get boarding passes again to get through security for jumpseats even though we serve LGA. NWA and DAL and as far as I know Airways doesnt require you to do this. It wouldnt be as bad if the agents werent so nasty to you.

In STL last week I was told that as long as the airline you work for, operates in STL, regardless of concourse. You don't need a pre-certified boarding pass.

But it seems at AA, especially on the agent side, that the sabre entries regarding CASS, and the meal listing (AA term, the boxes cost 6$) entries change daily. I'm not sure why it is so difficult? Having used them exclusively for the past year, I have always made it to work, but a handful of times they couldn't get me verified in CASS? Luckly there were seats in the back.

I just not that difficult? D6U, D6L yadda, yadda, yadda...............

Same for me, the AA folks have always been great, gate agents and especially the flight crews treat me fantastic. BUT... I had to stand in line at the ticket counter for more than 45 minutes just to get through security. Then I still had to go check in at the counter to get the jumpseat.

You'd think AA wouldn't want this. All it does is take up time with two agents instead of one.
