Below is a word document with the graphs from ASA next to the graphs from the new SKYW proposal.

This completely sucks.

SKYW had someone create excel graphs for both ASA and SKYW.

He was clearly instructed to create the image of SKYW being paid at the top of the industry to the SKYW pilots in there new proposal.

In our proposal he clearly created the perception of ASA currently being at the top of industry pay, and ALPA proposal being extreme. ALL THE WHILE SHOWING SKYW PAY NEAR THE BOTTOM!

I can not afford to print out 2,000 copies of this to put in everyone's mailbox, but if you happen to own a print shop I'd sure appreciate it.

Whether you call it whipsaw, deception, or simply the tactics of a company that will do anything to make more money THIS IS ABSOLUTE BS.

Yup, I got "the website is too busy to show this webpage"

Local UPS store is $.03 per page on copies. Wish I could see this, I would run a few off for the crew lounge.

Please clue me in. I do not see anytihng that I already did not know. ASA is currently above average, SKYW is currently about average. Factor in the profit sharing and SKyw is higher than ASA. What is new here other than that it is in an easy to read graph?

Are you serious? Take a look at how every single graph that the company put together for ASA showed ASA at the top of pay and SKYW far below, attempting to bring our expectations down.

Now look at how every single graph for skywest shows them triumphantly above everyone else.

Your statement says it all "...it is a company graph!" I would'nt trust it for nothin!

When is this site going to work? I have tried to right click and left click from the original post and the second from fish and fry

Yes, I'm serious. It has always been my understanding that SkyW pilots have a lower base rate that is slightly above average for the 50 and below avg for the 70. After factoring in their profit sharing they are higher than the other 50 operators and average to near the top on the 700. that is exactly what the graphs show you just see it in pretty colors instead of doing the math yourself.

Step away from the Kool-aid...

whoever put that graph together is an idiot:
"let's make hairline thin lines with very similar colors so we can't figure anything out." Only that I can read is ASA's because of the circles.

Not to nitpick, but the whole 60-99 seat thing is wrong for CHQ as I know for a fact they have a higher payscall for E-175's .
