Earnest K. Gann? Jack Frye? Patty Wagstaff, but no Ernie Gann? C'mon!

What about Frank Poole, Dave Bowman, H.A.L., Capt Rex Kramer, or Ted Striker!!! Dammi+, I want the kids in bed, the dog fed, the gate locked, and tell the milkman NO MORE CHEESE! And somebody get me The Sarge!!!!!!

They forgot "The Duke", John Wayne was great in "Flying Leathernecks"!!!!!

Where's Elrey Jeppesen?!? Gene Roddenberry makes it but Jeppesen doesn't? Who were these yahoos who did the voting? Obviously they should have come to this board to get the right names for the list. Bah!

Space Shuttle Challenger Crew? How is that honoring 7 brave souls and the price they paid?

Scobee
Smith
McAuliffe
Onizuka
Resnik
McNair
Jarvis

No mention of the Columbia crew?

Husband
McCool
Anderson
Brown
Chawla
Clark
Ramon

I also see John Young, what happened to Bob Crippen?
Did Young pioneer Space Shuttle flight on STS-1 alone? I think not.

That list is too short.:(

Cool list Coop Dog!

Pretty disgusting that Carl Sagan is tied with a genius like Korolev and Wittle, and I'd have to agree that Juan Trippe should be much further up the list, as should Sperry and Clarke. (Gyrocompas/Horizon and PAR) Also, maybe I missed it, but as a former J-3 Instructor/afficianado and a current Lear pilot, WHERE THE HECK ARE WILLIAM PIPER AND WILLIAM LEAR?
