Just wondering if any UAL pilots have noticed the Fractional advertisement in the in-flight magazine this month. Am I the only one this bothers? Can anything be done about this? It seems someone is not guarding the hen house from the foxes. From a proud United Express pilot.
While it does seem misguided and a conflict-of-interest to let them advertise like that, the reality is that the decision-makers in corporate America and the wealthy have been well-aware of the fractional companies services for years, just as they know about corporate flight departments. If they haven't already gotten direct sales calls, their friends and fellow Board Members are already riding on a comany aircraft or utilizing fractional shares.
