One of my faves is the "cabin air samples". Have her/him get trash bags and fill them up with air from different parts of the cabin during cruise. Watch through the peephole. Make sure she knows how important this task is, and not contaminate the samples.

Or explain that the airplane is loaded on such a fashion(on this particular leg) that the needs to try not to lean left or right too much when serving drinks. Then have one of you watch through the peephole and the other guy roll the airplane (hdg bug works fine) when she serves whichever side of the planeroll in that direction). It's good for a laugh. Those are the easiest that I can think of and will get a new FA in the least amount of trouble when she ends up with another crew.

Lav overheat...tell him or her that the lav is over heating and they need to go check. Once they report back tell them you still have the message and tell them they need to dump ice in the hole to cool it off.

When a brand new FA calls up front answer using a different airline..."hello, Northwest 52" the pause...had one say "oh sorry wrong airplane". Sometimes it works, some times not so much.
