ok.. I'm really new to this, so I'm going to ask this question and see if anyone can answer it. Does anyone know anythang about Flight Attendant Training and how I would find information on it. I would like to be a Flight Attendant but I'm not sure where to look for information and a friend said to try here. Thanks~musicangl

Each airline trains its flight attendants to its own standards and proceedures. Don't get sucked into paying for a school to "teach" you to be a FA.

I'd start applying to the airlines and see what comes up. From talk on the street, I'd try JetBlue, Southwest and AirTran in that order. (Don't flame me, it's just my impression from hearing people talk.) Frontier may also be hiring. You can try the regionals but you'll be working alone most of the time. (Most RJ's only use one FA.)

Go to the above mentioned airlines websites and apply. Many of the regional airlines hold "open houses" in the larger cities, I would suggest going to one of those since they seem to hire quite a few from there. Skywest seems to hold quite a few of these open houses looking for flight attendants.

If it were me I would try for America West, Jet Blue, AirTran, or another larger carrier before you try the regionals.
