Does anyone know anything about Travel Express Aviation?
I'm about to start CFI training with them and was hoping someone, some where, would know if they are on the level or just scaming for bucks. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have been down there and they seem nice, there equipment is nice, as is there office lol. But, I think we all know it's nice to be nice but not really an indication of what's really going on. I was scamed out of a big chunk of money through American Flyers the worst of the worst and now I'm afraid of getting scamed out of what little money I have left for training.
I have been calling around and visiting flight schools but I'm not really sure who to go with. I know I am going to have to take a leap of faith and go with someone but this time I'm doing my homework as best I can.
I called up one flight school and got an answering machine, I didn't leave a message. I figured I would call them back another time. Well, they got my number off there caller ID and called me promptly at 9 am the next morning. The guy asked me a million questions on where I got my training and said oh good school.
He then said do yo have any questions for me? I said sure what kind of airplanes and how much? He replied with 115 an hour plus 45 for the instructor and proceeded to tell me it will take 20 hours of flight. I said 20 hours wow that's a lot. He got a bit disgruntled at that and went into a speech of how good of an instructor do you want to be?! and you can find another school. I thanked him for his time and call back. *shrugs* Not really a good way to get any business if you ask me.
Well, before I go on, and on, Is there anyone out there that knows anything about Travel Express Aviation?
