If you go to www.avweb.com there is a link that will take you to a site where you can "look" for Steve Fossett. Really. This isn't a joke.

They are using satellite images and some scanning program to allow you to examine the areas they are looking in. You can mark anything that looks promising, and someone on the SAR team will look further into it.

Great use of technology. Hope they would use this idea on ANYONE !

I find this just a little wierd.
 
Me too. Outcome doesn't look good for the old pioneer. Was listening to 121.5 the other day coming over BTY on our way to SLC. He's probably jammin out on an island somewhere with 2pac and elvis!
