Helo CFI Add-on..

Hopefully, you guys can provide some clarification; I'm currently a CFI-A, is there an entirely different wirtten test for CFI rotorcraft? I know some of the helo questions are supposed to be included in the bank. However, when I was studying the Gleim prep for my CFI-A written, I didn't come across any helo questions.

I think it's a 25 q? test. The books do not have the helo questions, but the software (ASA) does. I think you might be able to download an amendment for the Gleim book, but don't hold me to it.

you are correct. Just took it last week. A 25 question CFI-Rotorcraft helicopter (Added rating) test. I believe the code was HFX.
