10,500' isn't enough for even a heavy 330?
Most days, it probably is if we're not loading the thing up with cargo. But in the wintertime with the jetstream howling out of the west I'm not so sure. I know we wouldn't be able to do it all the time with the 767, even off of 13,000ft of concrete at JFK. I think it'll work from there with the A330, but out of BWI may be a problem a few days a year.
