I got a call for interview with Xtra Airways. Sorry I know this is not regional but more thread exposure here. Anyone heard of it? Anyone interviewed with them can offer a gouge? Thanks!
Also I am not even close to their minimum but guess show up for the interview doesn't hurt.

Yeah, I read all that and even searched here for previous threads. But I still wonder why they call a low timer like me.

Think about it.

Either I am good  or they are desperate.
But serious, I dunno if this is a good move or not if they give me an offer. I am working for Eagle (stable, decent work rules at regional level) but a type in 737 or just 737 time is hard to resist. Pay is a step up from the regional. QOL is also a consideration but difficult to find out more about this company. Inputs anyone?

Not a female. I'm a male cheap labor.
I know the pay but still better than 2nd year FO at Eagle.

I know a guy that left half way through training. He said in his initial class of 11 there are 5 guys left.

I got a call for an interview too, no thanks.

Ive heard its a very high turnover rate at Xtra, apparently the demand for pilots goes up and down with the seasonal flights they do.

anyone have info on the sched's at xtra? Are they out and backs like Allegiant, or a mix or? Any help would be appreciated. THanks

I worked there for four years, in all types of different capacities, ended as a dispatcher. PM for anything you really want to know.
