Headsets

Just got the clarity aloft headset. Wondering if anyone has any experience with them...the band looks a little flimsy wondering if I might break it in my flight bag soon.

Also, anybody have any idea where I can get some custom ear molds made for them?

Any feed back would be great.

I read some testimonials online and ordered one just out of curiosity, didn't even know how to put it on when I received it, had it for three months and very happy with it, good idea maybe for ear molds, not much modification would be required to make the Plantronics molds work.
