My earmold has a "Noisebraker" insert included, so it functions as an earplug as well. I am fortunate to live in the city where the lab is, so I went there to have my ear mold made, and told them I wanted noise attenuation included in my PEV-77 earpiece. I wear a custom-fitted silicone Noisebraker earplug in my other ear.

I am pretty sure they can still make you an earpiece with the Noisebraker even if you don't live in town. You probably have to get an ear impression made and send it to them.

The new ZULU headsets look nice. Would like to hear some reviews from those on regional jets wearing them though.
