do an ebay search for telex 750 and you'll see some with airbus plugs.....

Does anyone make a headset that comes with the Airbus plug?
Thanks

I have the Telex Airman 850. It came with old fashion dual jacks, but I bought the Airbus adapter just in case I need the dual jacks again. You can buy the 850 already wired with the Airbus plug if you know for sure you will be staying on Airbus.

Not much talent needed to wire up whichever plug you need, on the CAP 5, two are mic, two are receive, the other empty.

Who flies Airbuses with a single-plug?
Not sure what is meant by that, most all aircraft have the CAP 5 receptacle and a standard phono receptacle for a headphones only, not for microphone.

I dunno, I've been flying them for 8 years with a standard 2-plug headset hooked into a standard 2-plug jack. The handmike uses a funny plug, but that's the only one I've seen.

I though United were the only folks to balk and have all standard plugs.

America West (US Airways West) has standard plugs as well.
