I tried the ANR500's a while back, but the small ear cups really were painful for glasses wearers. Then I went to a plantronics in your ear job, but my fo's were always flying around hot miked all day and I was missing calls. Went back to the Telex 750 with one very important modification, a pair of over the ear cups from oregon aero called softseals. They were about $50 and turn the 750's into a very comfortable lightweight dave clark substitute. No batteries, cheap, and they fold flat for those of us that are always over gross in our flight bags. They are good for the fan & wind noise problems in the CRJ. here is a link:
