For all you guys that assist companies finding pilots, what do charge for a successful outcome. I have heard upwards of 10% of the first year salary of the new guy as a fee. Thanks.

Normally those fees are paid by the comany doing the hirng and not the applicant looking for a job.

I meant how much to charge the company hiring, not the new pilot.
