Headaches after flying?

My headaches are generally near the front of my head. I go to a chiropractor and he thought it could be my posture, but then again he said it could be dehydration or stress too. :)

Besides, I drive a car 90 miles a day and although car seats are not exactly C172 seats, one would think the posture would be somewhat related. In addition I'm 5' 10" so I have no problem "fitting" into a C152.

I think I'm going to try someone else's headset when I go flying next time.
 
I used to get headaches after flying, i think it was a combination of stress and being too distracted to drink, leading to dehydration. Don't get em anymore cause it aint as stressful and I bother to drink. My David Clark 13.4's are comfy, despite my having a large head.
 
I find the biggest cause of headaches to be 4 day trips with 19 year old flight attendants.
