You can't carry any flammable liquids in your luggage except things for personal use, like hairspray and crap. As for where to find that, check out the FAA's "Is it safe" poster, that says no paints or paint thinners, or check out your airline's baggage page, like Delta's for example (http://www.delta.com/traveling_checkin/baggage/special_baggage/dangerous_goods/index.jsp)
Thanks Jim, but what I am looking for a a explanation of CFR 49 (That big thick HAZMAT book) 172.101. When you look up paint it is kindove confusing. Where is a HAZMAT gooroo when you need one?
