Ironically, Hawker Beechcraft got the Military to overturn their contract for the Light Attack aircraft that they lost....because a Brazilian company won the contract....Hawker Beechcraft, and many politicians, felt that it was wrong to award the contract to a foreign-owned company, over an American one. Now, with the re-opened competition, a Brazilian company will be competing with a Chinese company for that same contract.

PS-Cessna is also opening a Citation factory in China, much like how Airbus is opening a factory in Alabama.

Quote from the press release.

"The transaction with Superior would not include Hawker Beechcraft Defense Company (HBDC), which would remain a separate entity. HBDC will continue to operate its highly successful T-6 trainer program and pursue the final certification of the AT-6 light attack aircraft. "
