I sat in a Hawker 800XP a few weeks ago on the TEB ramp and I was pretty impressed. Sure, it didn't have the full glass like the 800XP-C, but it did have some pretty capable systems. Plus, the flight deck sorta fits you like a glove. Not sure how comfy that would be after 3-4 hours though. I wouldn't be upset with this choice of aircraft.

With the infantally adjustable IPECO seats, and the "mostly stand up cabin" 3-4 hours is a cake walk.

I have done 5+ many times and it just gets better each time. I'm 6' 4" so I can speak from experience. Mind you I don't like doing it, but the Hawker does it just fine. TEB to FLL is almost done in my sleep now.

It is even roomy enough for 2 corporate type pilots. You know the ones that like to eat a lot and exercise little. You may bump shoulders, but if you can live with that, that's about the worst of it.

Oh and filling up on TKS fluid in the Summer Time. NEVER LEAVE home WITHOUT it. Although the Hawker will haul a load of ice, more than most I have flown, don't ever forget to top off the TKS tank.

You never know where they will send you or if it will be available when you land... Gas YES, TKS????
