Hammer, I will admit it, even if gunfyter doesn't, that the 300 is one sweet plane, BUT..BUT... I will take their contract over that badazz 300 anyday. You should know, that at this level of flying its all about the paycheck, not what plane we fly (my opinion of course).

I am just expressing my belief that NJ will never again fly Bombardier products. Thats the best SCOPE protection FlexJets pilots could ask for.

o.k. its still a nice bird, regardless of the contract. If nj is flying the 300 that means I'm at the bottom of a seniority list somewhere.

Is what Dassault said above true? One aircraft on the line to work out all of the inevitable kinks? Anyone have a firm number for orders vs. options at NJA? Looks like a beautiful bird alright...

Firm orders for 50. Not sure about options. 1 airplane is normal for us. They put 4-6 very senior guys on the airplane and they fly it around for a few months to see what breaks. Hopefully it will make it on property sooner rather than later because we really need this airplane to compete with the 300 at Flex, that thing is a hell of an airplane and we have nothing comparable (yet).
