Hawaiian Airlines hiring???

I heard a rumor today that Hawaiian was going to hire a bunch of pilots. Can Anyone at Hawaiian can confirm this?

It's too early to know for sure. If we can find some used 717's for increasing interisland service, then yep, we'll be hiring. However I know there will be a lot of ex-Aloha guys/gals standing at the front of the line, so competition will be fierce.

We've known for some time that management is also looking for used 767's or A330's to expand intl. service. If we get any of those expect more hiring too.

But for now, we're just trying to keep our heads above water with the additional I/I flying we have scheduled because of Aloha's untimely demise.
