What is it like living and flying in Hawaii? What do you do for fun there? After college I would like to get a flight instructing job out there.

Living and flying in Hawaii rocks. That is, if you like flying in mostly decent weather, like warm, clean, ocean water, epic waves, sailing, diving, snorkling, hiking, golf, kayaking, LBFMs, etc.
It's a tough place to move to as a CFI, however, unless you have another good source of income.
