There are three airlines in Hawaii, Aloha(737), Island Air(DHC8), and Hawaiian (717). They all take as many as there are seats avb in the cabin. Good luck.

Aloha will take up to 5 jumpseaters. You really shouldn't have a problem between HNL and OGG as you have both HA and AQ departing every 45 mins to 1 hr.

Good luck

As many jumpseaters as there are open seats in the back, provided you make it past the TSA, gate agents ect... Also, make sure you're on the approved list. I don't have a copy (mine got taken away) so I don't know who's on it now. Have fun out there.

Another option

Those jets are pretty full these days, so if you're having trouble getting on, you might stroll down to the commuter terminal and try the Island Air flight that goes to OGG via MKK. Sure, it'll take you an hour to get there, but the loads on Island Air are a bit lighter. Also, you can get to Kapalua via Island Air which for those going to anywhere in West Maui, puts you right there. The Island Air flights are listed in the Aloha timetables.

I concur with that! The bean-counters, in their infinite wisdom , have cut back so many flights they're almost full all the time. Dare I suggest you might actually consider purchasing a ticket on one of us. It might save you a lot of trouble in the long run.
