When I was your age, we didn't have glass cockpits in small planes! We had needles, and aneroid wafers, and vacuum pumps! We didn't have pictoral representations of where we were- we had to look at the needles and pointers and interpret them. And if there was a mountain in front of us, we didn't have synthetic vision- we had to find it on our sectional! We had radios that you had to bang on to get to work, and we found other airplanes around us by looking out the window. And we liked it!

Nice shot Alex, yet another reason I need to win the lottery. I'll have mine without the fixed gear, though. :)

Well, I'm pretty sure I had to fly the same planes you did, just many years later. Good ol' indestructable (for the most part) 150's. . .

warrior, archer, arrow, saratoga, saratoga Hp, 6X, and 6XT all get the avidyne.

Steam gages on the Mirage, and both twins (go figure)

I heard they'll be putting the avidyne on all of their six seaters. I've seen a couple Seneca's with EFIS like you can get on the Conquest II, is that an option you can get straight from the factory?
