Have a Republic interview Coming Up

Hey guys I have a Republic interview coming up in about 3 weeks. I am going to go on aviationinterviews.com and hit the gauges. Anyone have any insider info they could provide? Such questions I have are what could I expect as far as a base? Is it easy or difficult to commute from KC? QOL? Expected salary 1st year? I know they are broad questions but any info I can get would be great.
