Yes, all the time, and again, perfectly normal, nothing unusual. It's a cloud, not a road hazard.
 
Do you believe that a standing lenticular cloud is a brick wall in the sky, or a terrible monster waiting to tear you apart?

Lenticular clouds are signposts of good soaring conditions, and indicators of moisture and airflow...nothing more.

I operate in and around them all the time, as do many who fly in mountainous areas...just not a big deal. Care to qualify your remark?
