Has anyone been hired from internet ads?

I know there are guys watching these sites.

I think it would be helpful for them to know if anyone has been hired answering an ad through the internet, i.e.

SkyJobs
Climbto350
etc.

If you haven't, speak up,
If you have, through what site, and what job?

I got a CFI job through one, but that was back in 2000.

I think it was find-a-pilot.

I got a job a few years back from avcrew.com
passed it along to someone on this board when I left too.

It was a decent job (surprisingly!)

Now, I would never PAY for any of these sites though. Big waste of money.

782 recontacts or follow up calls

80% from Internet ads
20% from traditional methods
a. local job boards
b. trade magazines
c. newspaper want-ads
d. phone search
e. walk-ins
f. local job placement agencies
g. government job agencies

Of the 2,000 contacts I got about 20% reply rate.
[Those who bothered to return any kind of a response]
17.8% Internet
19.8% Non-Internet

Of those replies I got 15 requesting additional information.
Of those replies I got 12 requesting an interview
a. One aviation interview
b. One transportation interview
c. One resort interview
d. Two property Mgmt
e. Seven restuarants

1. Aviation was for a temp. position without perks out of state
2. Transportation was out of state min.wage no travel expenses
3. Property and Restaurant were looking to fill a female quota
[There is specific criteria I use to determine their expectations]

Of the 12 interviews I got 0 offers
