And the answer would be - so what/? -
If management wants to scuttle the ship- that's their choice. Our choice is to be reasonable and know our own value.

The point was that if, because of a strike an Airline shut down, it is not because the pilots struck (because most of us realize our own worth). Nobody wants to walk away from their job. It's because Management forced them to do so.
