26k for a hawker 700 initial. A CL60 (Challenger 601) type was 17k at simuflite.
There gonna go under for that price. 26k ya got to be kidding me.

800XP FSI List Price is $38900. You can probably negotiate a couple thousand below that.

An 800A type (minus hotel and food and airfare) was about 19K at the 'Sentient Price' about 3 years ago at Simuflite.

Anyone know how much a Hawker initial is going for these days?
10-15k?

Just over two years ago, two pilots, single aircraft company. $18k per pilot at CAE.

I'll second what another has said, if you want the best price at a full motion simulator provider, consider SimCom. I don't think that their training is any worse (or better) than FSI or CAE, but they're definitely cheaper.

both fsi and cae are hurting. now is a great time to get a type. you can talk them down a bunch.

8 months ago at CAE, one crew member, initial. $17,500. Negotiate. We switched from Flight Safety and saved a ton, enough to pay for another crew member to get typed, now if the uppers would only agree to hire one more......

I've been to both CAE and Simcom, for price gotta go with Simcom in Orlando...800A with the Honeywell FMS's is the sim there. Simuflite, it used to be DFW but I think it's Morristown now, is an XP/1000 sim, also with the Honeywells.

Simuflite has a 700 in DFW along with a 800 or 850 not sure I know it is nicer than the 700 we always use. The $17,500 price is for the 700, then do differences, cheapest way to go.

If you pay anywhere near $35k for a Hawker type, you are a moron.

I sent a co-pilot to Simcom in Florida a few years back. I think we paid $16K for the type. I bet you could get one from Simuflite for around $17k--I bet Simcom's price hasn't changed at all. This was for the Hawker 800 with 800XP differences. Sure, you can pay full retail for an 800XP course, but why?

You can get a GV, Global Express, or Falcon 7X initial for (at least) a few thousand below that.
