Years back it seemed like they were pretty transient - a place to get hired by a new owner. I believe the company decided it would be better to enhance the conditions a bit and keep people around. The guys I know there really like it. Test & demo are separate, but there were some changes after they lost the test 650. Savannah is a great place to live.
