Gulfstream question

Okay this is NOT meant to be flame; but, a legit question. I'm suffering from a bit of insomnia tonight and was doing some very late night browsing on airlinepilotcental. I noticed under the hiring status of Gulfstream that they are "not hiring" and mentions that they are furloughing pilots. Does this company REALLY continue to run the PFT program WHILE furlouging pilots? PLEASE TELL ME IT AIN'T SO...
