Does Gulfstream Airlines hire Fo's/Capt's off the street or does everyone come from the academy?

They arent hiring ANYONE now. Captains are from upgrades only when absolutly necessary. F/Os come from the academy, and they arent hiring any. They are lined up from the academy to fly for them.

Plus they just gave back 5 airplanes to Raytheon.
