You gotta be kidding? What base? What pay? What training? You might get on with Cape Air to start...Much better and have a position attitude to with the employees on the job!! at least they are happy campers or flyers...

1.interview process....how much money you have?
2.pilots bases............you'll be displaced
3.1st year CA pay......less than 1st year FO at any regional
4.Reserve time..........Not long because everyone quits
5.QOL......................Funny
6.Days off.................not many
7.Training/Hotel pay...Its GIA, you pay them!
8.PIC.......................Dude its a B1900
