Is there any kind of website or other information source that lists pilot vacancies at all the guard and reserve units? Thanks.

Baseops.net is a good place to start. Check under "Aviation Job Listings." Also has links to the main ANG and AFRES sites for further searching on specific units. Find a unit(s) you're interested in, and start calling. Some units will post their vacancies on their web site (i.e. McConnell AFRES tankers). Hope this helped.

Peace,
DP
