Guard Bum Pay Tracking

Dudes,
Does anyone have an electronic (PDA stuff as well) or paper guide on how they track their FTP, UTA, MPA, AT, & ST pay periods. I am about to enter the ANG from the AD and want to see what everyone else is using before creating my own. I would much rather copy than create, any-day!
