Griffin Aerospace Models

Anybody had a problem with custom made models from Griffin Aerospace? I'm trying to collect some information for a small claims lawsuit I'm going to file against them. I did find out that they have an "UNSATISFACTORY" rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Where are they out of?

Our squadron ordered some from a company, and they were shipped from overseas (Thailand or something like that). It took about 5 to 7 months for the things to arrive, but they were really nice. Some folks had messed up ordinance and little things like that, but mine were fine.
