Great Plains Interview

I'm not trying to inject anything negative here....just curious about something. Doesn't it seem a little odd that in an interview with a prospective employee, the management people conducting the interview would tell the interviewee that only four of the furloughed people were "willing to come back". That would send up major red flags to me, especially considering the state of the industry today.
