There's guys/gals getting hired with even less than the posted mins, but they have a tight connection with the company. Lakes is big on LORs, try to get one and you'll more than likely get an interview with the posted mins or higher. They have been running classes for the last 4 months and will continue to for the next couple months.

I did the online application a couple of days ago. What do you mean by "LOR?" Letter of recommendation from a Lakes pilot? I keep crossing my fingers for that phone call, arrgh...
