Just wanting to know what the upgrade time is a Lakes right now and how junior is STL going for a bid.

Also, does anyone know if you can apply directly to Air Midwest? It always referrs to me Mesa. Which I know owns Air Midwest. I'm trying to apply to just Air Midwest though.
