Great Lakes interviewing again? or other Lakes rumors

I applied to Great Lakes couple weeks ago(walked in), and was wondering if anyone here knows if they are planning interviews any time soon?

Or if anyone has any new info on them? I heard they were expanding to the South West? True or not?, class dates?, pay increase still in the works? etc...

I appreciate the info/rumors!

I don't know if they are still interviewing or not, but they are short of pilots in a bad way. Yes, they picked up a little flying out in Arizona, but they are losing other cities at the same time. Pay raise?? (Laughing hysterically) Well, the proposed contract was overwhelmingly voted down - thank goodness - but first year FO pay is still, and will most likely remain, around $15 per block hour.

....

mnalpha,if you are really interested keep making your interest known with updated resumes and calls to the hr folks.don't bug them, but the sqeaky wheel gets the oil.we are hiring and will continue to do so for the next few months,as we picked up some nm cities with possible more coming, and we are v understaffed.g'luck

The Beech is a simple aircraft. Almost as simple as the Search function on this board. Try your hand at operating that, first of all. Such research would turn up an abundance of "news," if less than 8 days old is fresh enough for you.

Clovis and Silver City in New Mexico. Arizona is almost final, including Page, Prescott, Sierra Vista, and Kingman. Lakes doesn't get EAS money for SAF, in fact they're threatening to leave in the next couple months unless they get some welfare.
