Search old forums. It just under $16 an hour. Exact number is in an old post. Search for Great Lakes and then sit back relax and you will learn all you need to know.

OOdog, like Menace said, you need to watch your duty times. You also need to watch your FOs. There are some horrendous FOs there...they blow through altitudes, have no situational awareness, etc. If you are a conscientious pilot and enjoy keeping your knowledge base up to date, you will do fine at Lakes. The only people that got violated while flying at Lakes are the ones who were not doing their job properly. Admittedly Lakes makes you have to pay attention more (releases, duty times, etc)...but big deal. It's a turbine job and it's a lot of fun (even if the pay is low). Good luck.
 
What are the reasons behind the horrendous reputation (or at least rumors), of the upgrade training and failure rate there?
