I'm curious as to how it went. I wanted to go pretty badly and didn't get to do so due to the absence of money. Had I the money I would have wanted to go the $50 ticket route with all the free beverages and food afterwards as that seemed like it would have been fun and maybe a good place to meet folks. Anyhow.....the weather is not the best so I'm guessing they are severly limited on what they will do today or tomorrow if anything. It was IFR this morning and now 30 minutes after show start they have a whopping 1400ft ceiling.....

Here is the URL for the show.....http://www.thegreatgeorgiaairshow.com/index.asp?flash=yes

Also what is this about..."
*For Increased Security Precautions Absolutely No Coolers, Backpacks, or Pets"

Exploding pets maybe?

I went to the show today and it was all right. The ASA pilots in the CRJ700 put the Delta 767 to shame in the flybys. I bet ya that 700 was only about 10feet off the ground and haul'n as*. Worlds MD-11 did a flyby. The "Memphis Bell" and the F-18s cxled and the A-10 could only do level runs down the runway due to the overcast. As always the jet truck kicked as*. Overall not the best but not the worst.
